2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Kenya. Delivery timelines vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Scent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
