By accessing and using the Marshall Atelier website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
4. Delivery
We deliver countrywide. Delivery timelines vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed products within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Custom Orders
Selected designs can be customized upon request. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
7. Intellectual Property
